CONTRACT AGREEMENT 2007/2008

Dear Client. Please also add 3% of your total booking/purchase price to the total as we are required to pay PayPal for their services.( This cost is the same as mailing your documents/payments via Fed Ex or UPS )

This is an agreement between & Island Boys Steel Pan Calypso Band for the following:

Locale: Agreed Upon Contract Rate $

Deposit: 40% of agreed upon rate $ Final balance due $ due in cash only on day
of event.

Description of Service: Instrumentation:

(Deposit can be paid in check. Please have all checks payable to: William OShaughnessy)
(Exceptions: Corporate/University Events.)

Deposit & Final Balance Agreement $
Your deposit secures your entertainers for the specified date & time. Any changes to date & time will incur a surcharge as agreed upon by both parties. The surcharge will be reflected in an amended contract.

Please remit this contract along with payment within 7 days. Contracts not received by this office within 7 days of receipt will expire according to the terms and agreements as discussed by Island BOYs and the Client. No cancellations without forfeiture of full amount contract.

Client will provide for band: Stage area, lighting, electric cord normal house current, food, wine, beer and food at a separate table outside party area.
